To complete your request, after submitting this form you must also send a scan or photocopy of the photograph page of your passport to Kimberly Carl, kcarl@berkeley.edu or fax 01(510)642-9466. Invitation letters can only be requested after conference registration is completed. The letter will be sent from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs directly to you so that you can submit it with your visa application.
