or, if urgent, phone IAS-CSS at 2-2522.

You will receive an acknowledgement of your request within 24 hours. Service to address your problem will be scheduled based on the urgency of the problem. Problems which seriously affect the use of your computer are usually addressed within 4 hours.

Our Office Hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 4:30PM.
