Graduate Student Workshop Matthew Rahaim, a music student, presenting on gesture in
classical Indian vocal music. In Fall 2004, the Center for South Asia Studies launched
a monthly Graduate Student Workshop to provide a forum for students from
a range of disciplines to constructively engage with one another's research
projects. One student presents ongoing research at each Workshop, with
plenty of time for discussion and feedback. The workshops will continue
in 2005 on the first Thursday of every month. |
