Ambassdor Prakash (Consul General of India since February of 2005) is a career diplomat from the Indian Foreign Service. He has served in Indian Embassies around the world, was Indian Ambassador to Uganda from 1998-2001, and has held positions in a number of Indian delegations to the UN. He writes extensively on international relations, terrorism, UN reforms, and international humanitarian law.

Public transportation on BART is another good option. If you take BART, get off at the Downtown Berkeley stop (between the Ashby and North Berkeley stops).

On this map, you will find Stephens Hall (a yellowish stucco building with a large arched breezeway) located in the central part of the campus. From Sather Gate (south entrance), it is up the hill from Wheeler Hall and South Hall, and directly south of the Campanile clock tower.
Once in the breezeway of Stephens Hall, take the door on your right through the hallway, to the terrace; exit to the terrace and walk across to the entrance to the Center at 220 Stephens Hall.
